Zelle is not intended to replace Member-to-Member transfers when youre transferring money to another Navy Federal member. Both Member-to-Member transfers and Zelle are available to you when you select Send Money in digital banking.*

Manage Zelle Recipients In The Bank Of America Mobile Banking App

If you have a Bank of America check account, then you probably have the mobile banking app. If you dont, make sure to download and install it from App Store or Play Store. If not, you can still use BofAs online banking portal on a web browser.

Zelle is a convenient way to transfer money and it has a lot of neat features. One of which is that you dont have to add recipients to your contact list manually.

In fact, when you use the Zelle feature in the BofA app, that happens automatically.

This means that whenever someone sends you money for the first time, or if youre to request it, the app adds this person to your list of recipients.

However, you can add a recipient even before any transactions take place. All you really have to do is go to Transfer Zelle and then Recipients and add the persons email address or phone number. You can browse your entire contact list and edit or delete recipients from there.

The amount of money you can send through Zelle using your business account will vary depending on your bank.

Up to $15,000 $60,000

For example, if you want to make a transaction using Zelle and your bank is Chase, you wont be able to process more than $5,000 in a single day.

These limits should apply only to outgoing transfers, not to the amount of money you receive through Zelle transfers. You should check with your bank to make sure this is the case.

You can also set up a Zelle business account with Wells Fargo. In this case, the limit will also depend on factors such as customer loyalty. New customers might have lower limits than long-term customers.

For Bank of America, that option is located under Transfer Zelle and then Activity. Unfortunately, you wont be able to delete the transaction history. The transactions list is there permanently for your own benefit.

And your privacy will remain protected. Unless you give your username and password to anyone, you wont have to worry about the violation of that privacy.

When Will Zelle Be Coming To Canada

Using Zelle® in the Bank of America App

Zelle probably wont be coming to Canada anytime soon because Canadians have the eTrasnfer service which was created by Interac, which is a cooperative with major Canadian financial institutions.

Canadian fintech company Wealthsimple has also recently launched their own money transfer platform for Canadians, so its going to be challenging for a competitor like Zelle to gain a footing in the Canadian market.

Combined with Canadian banking laws and a smaller market size, entering the Canadian market may not be very appealing for Zelle.

    Such An Amazing Interface

Ive been a US Bank member for years, and my favorite feature of the whole company, is its seamless Online Banking System. Im not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this is an app I will happily make an exception for!US Bank has streamlined the process of managing and moderating your account through this app. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and put all the most important information right in front of you as soon as you log in. There is no digging around or wasting time sorting through countless tabs, just to ultimately not end up finding what youre looking for. The homepage provides clear insights into your transaction history, allowing for quick and easy comprehension of where and how your money is being moved around. On top of that, the apps homepage takes advantage of the smartphone platform by providing convenient shortcuts for using the most popular online banking tools. This is excellently performed through implementing small, easy to understand, button shortcuts located at the bottom of your screen, ingeniously positioned so they are out of the way, yet still readily available, and oriented so they will never block any of the important information displayed on the homepage. Overall, this app is beyond what I would ever expect from any large bank. And having superseded my expectations, I would certainly recommend it to anyone using US Bank without a doubt.
