I have been a customer of AMAZONs for well over a decade now. Several years ago I signed up for an Amazon prime card through synchrony bank on Amazons website. I have been a “perfect” customer for years. No late payments ever.This year , I had two late payments due to unforeseen circumstances. I cleared up the late payments and paid off my entire card. Immediately after doing so, synchrony bank closed my account and forfeited my $50 in Amazon points for my purchases. Never to be returned in spite of two hours worth of phone calls. I wasn’t even given notice that they would be closing my account. I had to call in to find out why my charges were being rejected when I had funds on my account. This is the most unprofessional and crappy company I could’ve ever worked with. They are not to be trusted at all.

My available balance however, still hasn’t changed. the first excuse was it takes 24-48 hours to post… next excuse was because I made a payment of over 500$ that it’s held for 5 days.
